the room was kept spotlessly clean. emad at the pool took great care of us by providing us with drinks and a smile. mohamed was always there with clean towels! mohamed also ensured we had sunbeds.

The staff was very helpful. they were attentive, kind and professional! the food tasted delicious, the music was fun, and the space was very clean. the pools were well maintained, and swimming facilities were available. I really liked it.

The room was perfectly clean and spacious. white, crisp fresh bedding was provided and the bed was huge. i liked that the balcony door wasn't stiff. It was easy to open.

The food in the buffet was delicious. Such variety of different cuisines was available. there were pasta, roast meat, and daily bbq stations! the service in the restaurant was great. I felt well attended.

The resort is huge, with a lot of pools and facilities. pool areas are lovely, especially the adults-only pool. I spent most of my time there! the beach area is also really nice.

The hotel is immaculate. The staff are very friendly and. Head chef, the bar staff, and Rasha at the restaurant are all amazing people. They make for an amazing holiday for me.
I found that the activity equipment provided by the hotel was of low quality. The foot pool balls were ripped. The pool balls at Hakuna Matata walls were damaged. It was difficult to fully enjoy these activities.

employees are friendly and cute. i noticed amazing cleanliness all over the place. the room was spacious and comfortable. madonna and valeria in guest relations came around every day and were amazing.
all inclusive drinks were poor quality (i couldn't drink them). i bought prosecco by the bottle, not cheap. the buffet was noisy and full of greedy people. mosquitos were awful too!
